Cialis side effects

Often known as the white elephant in the room, we all know about medications that treat erectile dysfunction and that there are several options available. One such drug is tadalafil, or Cialis is the name brand form. This drug has been around for awhile, as the in 2003 the U.S. food and drug administration approved it for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is also used to treat other conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia and pulmonary arterial hypertension, but for the purpose of this passage, we are speaking of the name brand Cialis for erectile dysfunction. Taken as needed, Cialis is not recommended to be taken more then one time in a period of 24 hours. It is important to note that without sexual stimulation the drug will not be effective. Nitric oxide is released into the penis when sexual stimulation occurs. Controlling the level of dilation and contraction of the vessels through the penis, CGMP is able to be produced by the nitrous oxide that is released. At the same time another element exterminates CGMP, called PDE5. This causes the erection to end due to the blood vessels reducing to their normal size. Causing the erection to last longer, Cialis stops the substance CDE5 from killing off the CGMP.
